                                      Hardy Farms is looking for a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and evolve next to others. We currently have vacancies for the seeding, harvest or both seasons of 2026. Applicants must be prepared to work long hours in both seasons. The ideal candidate will have a  background in the grain farming sector and be ready to take on a variety of hands-on tasks throughout the season. We value reliability, teamwork, trust, and a strong work ethic. Additional mechanical knowledge, equipment operation skills and/or a class 1 drivers license is an asset. If you are motivated, dependable, and eager to grow with a long standing family farm, we'd love to hear from you.

VACANCY INFORMATION:

​Term: Growing season (April to October) 

Experience Requirement: Grain farming experience 

Valid Class 5 Driver's License

​

JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE: 

• Operating a drill, combine, grain cart, tillage equipment and other farm machinery.

• Grain hauling and/or delivering seed and fertilizer to the field - 1A required 

•  General farm duties as required 

• Equipment maintenance
